This past week at the TNA Wrestling iMPACT! tapings, there was backstage chatter of Balls Mahoney and Axl Rotten not getting contracts with the company because of Axl’s behavior at the Hardcore Justice pay-per-view earlier this month.

The story goes that Rotten was going around backstage at the pay-per-view a “drugged out mess” and asking anybody who would listen to give him pills. Brother Ray ended up confronting Axl about his behavior, telling him to not to act the way he was acting. This, as a result, led to Rotten not getting a contract with the company as many had expected.
His good friend Balls Mahoney also didn’t get a contract with the company because he took heavy offense to the way Rotten was treated. He was recently on the interview circuit speaking about the incident that took place backstage.

“I was f***ed over by a certain somebody but that’s all I’m going to say about that at the current moment. I mean I’m also kind of nervous too. I have a wife, and a kid, and have to put food on the table and all this and that. I can’t just keep working these indies,” he recently told Low Blow Radio
