Britney Spears is currently enjoying a getaway in Mexico to celebrate her birthday. The singer is staying in a private villa with boyfriend Jason Trawick. Last week, Britney’s camp denied the allegations that Jason beat up Britney on various occasions. Britney’s rep confirmed that the news wasn’t true, stating that Jason “has never laid a hand on Britney.”

Britney and Jason were seen frolicking on a Mexican beach together looking happy and refreshed – Britney was seen clad in a bikini. The couple arrived on Britney’s 29th birthday, and according to a source, Jason had a surprise waiting for her:

“When they landed, she got to the [private] villa and was blown away, Jason had arranged a red velvet cake for her birthday.”

The source says that the couple used the trip to unwind:

“They suntanned and did a lot of relaxing and decompressing, they seemed very much in love. “

They also suggest that the couple are stronger than ever:
